HOTEL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
The Hotel department is the center of Hotel operations on board all crusie vessels. This dynamic department encompasses a variety of roles and is responsible for the management of hotel accounts, shore excursions, and shipboard personnel operations such as the Crew Office.
GUEST SERVICE OFFICER - JUNIOR LEVEL
Handle Guest or Passenger accommodation problems, complaints, money transactions, shipboard announcements, etc.
Minimum 1-year experience in 4 /5-star hotel or Public Information counter in related position (Customer services)
Have a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management background Preferable
Accounting background helpful.
Fluent English Language skills required and speaking other languages is a plus. (Mandarin, Japanese, German, French, Spanish or another international language)
Possibilities for promotion to Purser.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONISTÂ - ENTRY LEVEL
Minimum 1-year experience in 4 /5-star hotel or resort in related position
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management background Preferable
Fluent English Language skills required and speaking other languages is a plus. (Mandarin, Japanese, German, French, Spanish or another international language)
