HOTEL SERVICES DEPARTMENT


The Hotel department is the center of Hotel operations on board all crusie vessels. This dynamic department encompasses a variety of roles and is responsible for the management of hotel accounts, shore excursions, and shipboard personnel operations such as the Crew Office.

GUEST SERVICE OFFICER - JUNIOR LEVEL

  • Handle Guest or Passenger accommodation problems, complaints, money transactions, shipboard announcements, etc.

  • Minimum 1-year experience in 4 /5-star hotel or Public Information counter in related position (Customer services) 

  • Have a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management background Preferable

  • Accounting background helpful. 

  • Fluent English Language skills required and speaking other languages is a plus. (Mandarin, Japanese, German, French, Spanish or another international language)

  • Possibilities for promotion to Purser.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - ENTRY LEVEL

  • Minimum 1-year experience in 4 /5-star hotel or resort in related position

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management background Preferable

  • Fluent English Language skills required and speaking other languages is a plus. (Mandarin, Japanese, German, French, Spanish or another international language)

  • Possibilities for promotion to Guest Services Officer

SALES ASSOCIATE - ENTRY LEVEL

  •  Minimum 1-year gift shop or retail experience in Watches, clothing, perfumes, etc.

  • Fluent English Language required. 

  • Possibilities for promotion to Assistant Gift Shop Manager.
